I started coaching following my time at the Rio Olympic games in 2016. Coaching gave me an opportunity to switch off from my daily commitments as a full-time athlete and focus on helping others achieve goals of their own using my knowledge and experience. I take great satisfaction in helping others achieve what they previously thought was not possible.
I have over 16 years of experience competing at the highest level for Great Britain including two Olympic Games, Rio and Tokyo. Over these 16 years, I’ve had the good fortune of working alongside some of the best coaches from around the world including S&C, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Physiology and Psychology. I’m also a qualified rowing coach, fitness instructor and personal trainer.
